SLA Quality at Large-Scale
The ProX® 800 delivers part accuracy and surface quality achievable only with Stereolithography (SLA) additive manufacturing technology. Immediately produce low- to medium-run parts at a lower per-unit cost, and build massive, highly detailed pieces faster.
High Throughput For More Applications
This highly efficient large-scale SLA 3D printer produces, with minimal waste, exact plastic and composite material parts without the limitations of tooling. Productive and reliable, the ProX 800 offers the highest accuracy and precision, and the broadest range of additive manufacturing materials.
The ProX® 800 printer gives you one single point of contact for expert application support and daily use of our gold standard Stereolithography 3D printing technology. The wide spectrum of Accura® additive manufacturing materials is developed and tuned to our SLA 3D print engines and enable rigid, tough/durable, clear, casting, high-temp, composites and specialty materials to meet your application and product requirements. Rapidly 3D print prototypes, investment casting patterns, thermoforming molds, and more, and integrate with our software technologies to enable mass-custom manufacturing processes in your production line.
3D Systems' exclusive software for plastic printers to prepare, optimize and print 3D CAD data, 3D Sprint® software delivers all the tools you need to quickly and efficiently go from design to high quality true to CAD printed parts without needing additional third party software. With 3D Sprint PRO for SLA (optional), facilitate file preparation with native CAD import and advanced mesh repair tools, increase productivity with auto placement, enhance manufacturing efficiency with finely tuned supports, and reduce the need for additional software with embedded Geomagic trusted technology. Your enhanced design for additive manufacturing workflow begins here, while 3D Connect™ Service provides a new level of management in 3D production.
Parts are accurate and precise throughout the entire build platform, print after print, machine after machine. On large parts, up to 650 x 750 x 550 mm (25.6 x 29.5 x 21.65 in), as well as on smallest parts, features are reproducible down to 0.1 mm or 0.004 in –depending on geometry, orientation and build mode.
At Nota3D, we pride ourselves on being a resource for our customers to continuously develop internal processes, drive innovation, and increase efficiency by utilizing the finest additive manufacturing technology available. We achieve this by being a team of experts for you to partner with and depend on.
